Professional Development Opportunities
Teachers make an impact on the lives of millions of very young people to older people who have difficulties with speech sound production, reading and spelling.
All students need to start with a strong foundation in auditory processing and phonemic awareness to develop foundational speaking, reading and spelling skills. With the diversity of our population, it is necessary to use universal designs for learning which resonate with everyone. When we incorporate a multisensory approach which allows for autonomy, interaction and choice, we grab student attention, listening comprehension and memory.
Our workshops and presentations help you learn effective and enjoyable ways to make the learning process comprehensible from the very young people to older people with special needs and neurodiversity. Attendees receive reinforcement of how to best impact students’ lives by incorporating the best practices for learning (CSTP), multimodal instruction and teaching tools that are universally designed for learning.
